where you’ll find valuable tips on how to select and install products. If you
wish, you can fax your order to 1-800-236-9890.
Payment
Payment terms are either Open Account, C.O.D. or Credit Card. Customers must
apply and be approved for credit by completing our Credit Application.
Open Account
Upon approval of your Credit Application a credit limit will be established. To
receive your volume discount payment is due within 20 days of date your order is
shipped. Thereafter, no volume discounts will apply. Payments should be sent to
Safe Beginnings, Inc., 13 Alexander Road #5, Billerica, MA 01821. Customers with
past due invoices will not be shipped.
C.O.D. or Credit Card
New accounts or accounts with unsatisfactory credit history will be shipped on a
C.O.D. basis or by payment in advance by Credit Card at the discretion of Safe
Beginnings. Volume discounts will apply to customers paying by C.O.D. but will
not apply to those paying by Credit Card. We accept MasterCard, VISA and
Discover/Novus.
Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale purchases that you wish to return must first be approved for return by
Safe Beginnings, Inc. A return authorization is required for all wholesale
returns. These items are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Product Warranty Information
Safe Beginnings, Inc. does not manufacture the products offered. Manufacturers'
warranties are provided with the products sold and Safe Beginnings, Inc. does
not offer any further warranty or guarantee. Effectiveness of each product
depends on proper installation and use. The products offered can reduce the
likelihood of injury and should create a safer environment for children. All
products are to be used under adult supervision.
Safe Beginnings, Inc.’s liability is limited to
replacing or defective products. Colors and fabrics depend on availability and
may vary. Prices are subject to change.

Volume Discount Pricing Program
Our quantity discount program is based on year-to-date purchases. Once you have
reached a certain purchasing level during a calendar year, the discount level
earned will apply for all purchases during the following calendar year. If your
purchases increase during the following year to raise them into the next level,
the next discount level will be applied to all future purchases during the next
calendar year. If purchases decrease, the lower discount level will be applied.
- Level 1–($1-$2,500 in cumulative
purchases) Basic price list, no discounts.
- Level 2–($2,501-$5,000 in cumulative
purchases) 2% discount after meeting this goal in any calendar year.
- Level 3–($5,001-$10,000 in cumulative
purchases) 3% discount after meeting this goal in any calendar year.
- Level 4–($10,001-$20,000 in cumulative
purchases) 4% discount after meeting this goal in any calendar year.
- Level 5–($20,001-$50,000 in cumulative
purchases) 5% discount after meeting this goal in any calendar year.
- Level 6–($50,001 and up in cumulative
purchases) 6% discount after meeting this goal in any calendar year.
This discount schedule supersedes all other
product or prompt payment discounts.
All orders are shipped FOB Billerica, MA.
Discount will apply only if payment is received within 20 days of shipping date.
Thereafter, no volume discounts will apply. No
volume discounts do not apply for orders paid by credit card. Drop
Shipping
Orders may be Drop Shipped to your
customers. For orders with destinations outside your normal shipping
state, item pricing is adjusted to Safe Beginnings Retail price minus 25% or
Wholesale, whichever is higher. |
